Overview
Our main goal is to ensure that you receive a product that meets your expectations. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied, please consult with Dealbargain before initiating a return to avoid unnecessary steps. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return and process a refund within the 7-day Returns Policy period.
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that a 15% handling fee applies to all returned items.
Most items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund, provided the following conditions are met:
- Condition: The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging at the customer’s expense.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the item.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is defective or damaged. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Physical State: Items must be returned in new condition, free of damage, cracks, marks, missing parts, or dirt.
For in-store purchases: All items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date, unused, and with the original receipt for a refund or exchange.
To receive a refund, replacement, or store credit, the item must be returned to Dealbargain within 7 days.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted For:
- Open-box items.
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery.
- Items returned without prior notification.
- Capital equipment (items with a serial number).
Inspection and Refund Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within a specified period.
Clearance (Scratch & Dent) Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was made by Dealbargain. Please follow all return-shipping instructions provided with your Return Authorization number.
- In case an item is returned to the wrong address, additional shipping fees may apply to redirect the item to the correct location.
- To protect your returned items, we strongly recommend insuring them against shipping loss or damage.
Cancelled Orders (Capital Goods)
- Capital Equipment: Capital equipment (items with a serial number) comes with a 1-year guarantee from the date of sale.
- Cancellation Fees: Canceled orders or incorrectly ordered items will incur a 15% handling charge.
Terms & Policies
We reserve the right to adjust prices or policies due to market conditions, errors, product discontinuations, or manufacturer price changes without prior notice.
